2025 Knoll Becomes a Fellow (FAAN) for the Global Reach and Impact of PIOMI
Dr. Brenda Knoll has been awarded the most prestigious national award for Nursing by becoming a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing (FAAN).

2024 ANA Innovation Awards
The American Nurses Association (ANA) Innovation Awards—sponsored by Stryker—highlight, recognize, and celebrate nurse-led innovation that improves patient safety outcomes. Awards are presented to a nurse and a nurse-led team whose product, program, project, or practice best exemplify nurse-led innovation in patient safety and/or outcomes.
Brenda Lessen Knoll, received an Indivdual Honorable Mention for her work with PIOMI and is looking forward to working with their Innovation Strategists team to scale up PIOMI LLC to reach more patients and families.
